We monitor flight arrivals in real time, so even if your flight is delayed, we will adjust accordingly and have your vehicle ready when you land. A Hermanos representative will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name or the Hermanos logo.

For drop-offs, we ask that you return the vehicle to our airport location at least 90 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for the vehicle inspection and return paperwork. If you are on an early morning flight, please arrange the drop-off time with us in advance so we can have a staff member available.

We also offer pickup and delivery to any hotel, resort, or private address anywhere on the island. Our team will dispatch a technician to your location as quickly as possible, typically within 30 to 60 minutes depending on where you are on the island.

All our vehicles carry a spare tire and the tools necessary to change it. If you are comfortable changing a tire yourself and it is safe to do so, you are welcome to do so. If the tank is returned less than full, we will charge you for the difference in fuel at the current local pump price, plus a small refueling administration fee to cover the time our staff spends refueling the vehicle.

To avoid any extra charges, we recommend stopping at one of the island's petrol stations shortly before returning your vehicle to top up the tank. There are several fuel stations conveniently located throughout Aruba, including on the main road near Queen Beatrix Airport, making it easy to fill up right before your return.

Unleaded petrol (gasoline) is the standard fuel for all our vehicles. None of our fleet runs on diesel. Fuel prices in Aruba are regulated by the government and are competitive compared to many other Caribbean destinations. You can expect to spend a modest amount on fuel given the island's compact size; most guests travel the entire island on less than one tank per week.
