Hermanos Car Rental is a family-run business, and free hotel delivery is the heart of how we work. We come to you.
Whether you are staying in a high-rise on Palm Beach, a low-rise resort on Eagle Beach, a quiet guesthouse in Noord, or a villa down in Savaneta, we deliver your car to the front door and hand you the keys in person. When your trip ends, we come back and collect it from the same spot. It is included in the price, with insurance and unlimited kilometres already covered and no hidden fees.
How Hotel Delivery Works
Book your car
Choose your vehicle from the fleet and message us on WhatsApp or email with your dates. No deposit, no online payment, no forms to print. We confirm availability within the hour during business times.
Tell us your hotel and time
Send us the name of your resort, guesthouse, or Airbnb, plus the time you would like the car ready. If you are flying in first and dropping bags before you want wheels, just tell us the time that suits you.
We meet you at reception
One of the brothers arrives at your hotel lobby or the address you gave us with the car fuelled, washed, and freshly inspected. We walk the vehicle with you, hand over the keys, and you are on the road in minutes.
We collect it when you leave
On your last day we come back to the same spot and pick the car up. No queueing at a rental desk, no detour to a depot before your flight. Enjoy your final morning by the pool instead.

Delivery Times
We deliver and collect between 08:00 and 17:00, seven days a week. If your flight lands in the evening, a popular choice is to collect the car at the airport when you land and let us pick it up from your hotel at the end of the trip, so you never lose a moment of your holiday to logistics.

Is hotel delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and collection anywhere on the island during our service hours is included in your rental rate with no surcharge. There are no hidden fees. What we quote you is what you pay: insurance and unlimited kilometres are always included.
What times can you deliver the car?
We deliver and collect between 08:00 and 17:00, seven days a week. If your flight lands late or you need a very early start, message us in advance and we will do our best to arrange a time that works. For late arrivals many guests prefer airport pickup on day one and hotel collection at the end.
Which hotels and areas do you cover?
We deliver to every resort, hotel, guesthouse and vacation rental across Aruba, from the Palm Beach and Eagle Beach resort strips to Noord, Oranjestad, Savaneta and San Nicolas. If you are staying in a private villa or Airbnb, just send us the address and we will meet you there.
What if I do not know my exact arrival time yet?
That is completely normal. Give us your best estimate when you book and confirm the final time by WhatsApp once your plans firm up. We stay flexible. A quick message the day before is all we need to have the car waiting for you.
Do I need to be at reception to receive the car?
Yes, we hand the keys over in person so we can check your driving licence, walk the vehicle with you, and answer any questions. It takes about ten minutes. If you are still checking in, we are happy to wait a few minutes in the lobby.
Can you deliver to a private villa or Airbnb?
Absolutely. Vacation rentals and private villas are covered exactly like hotels. Send us the full address and a landmark or gate code if needed, and we will be there at the agreed time with the car ready to go.
